Frozen Shoulder & Tendinitis

Restore Pain-Free Overhead Arm Mobility & Strength

Restores Overhead Reach
Advanced Modalities
Painless Sleep

About the Treatment

Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) and shoulder tendinitis can severely restrict your ability to lift your arm, dress, or sleep comfortably. Our targeted physiotherapy program releases the stiff joint capsule, reduces tendon inflammation, and restores painless arm movement.

How it works

We combine gentle joint mobilization and passive stretches to slowly expand the joint capsule without triggering severe pain. We integrate advanced modalities (laser, Tecar, or ultrasound) to soothe tendon inflammation, followed by progressive strengthening of the rotator cuff.

Frequently Asked Questions

Shoulder tendinitis is an inflammation of the rotator cuff tendons, where active arm movement is painful but passive range is mostly preserved. Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) is a tightening and thickening of the joint capsule itself, physically locking the shoulder joint and severely restricting both active and passive motion.
We use a combination of gentle, graded manual joint mobilizations to gradually stretch the contracted capsule, myofascial release of the shoulder girdle, and advanced thermal technologies (like TECAR) to make the tissues more pliable. This is followed by stretching and stabilizing exercises to maintain range.
At night, gravity no longer pulls the arm down, allowing the humerus bone to shift upwards and compress inflamed tendons. Also, sleeping on the shoulder restricts blood flow, compounding inflammation. Therapy resolves this by reducing tendon swelling and improving joint mechanics to allow painless sleep.
